When the order is shipped?

Packages are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment!
When the order are placed on Friday until 09 AM (GMT) are processed and dispatched on the same day!
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and dispateched on Monday (We do not process or dispatch orders placed on legal holidays, please check our legal holliday map)!

What are the Shipping Costs?

We have various shipping methods, with and without registration (Tracking), whose prices vary by destination and package weight.

    ( Economical Mail - No Tracking Information) - The values ​​vary depending on package weight, starting from 2,22 € (maximum weight 2 kg)
    ( Registerd Mail - With Tracking Information) - The values ​​vary depending on package weight, starting from 4,75 € (maximum weight 2 kg)

  • Rest of the World!
    ( Economical Mail - No Tracking Information) - The values ​​vary depending on package weight, starting from 3,20 € (maximum weight 2 kg)
    ( Registerd Mail - With Tracking Information) - The values ​​vary depending on package weight, starting from 5,70 € (maximum weight 2 kg)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

How long does it take to receive my order after it's shipped?

According to the information contained on page CTT (Portuguese Postal Service) transit times of orders is up to:

  • Europe (Economical Mail) - up to 20 working days
  • Europe (Registered Mail) - up to 10 working days
  • Rest of the World (Economical Mail) - up tp 30 working days
  • Rest of the World (Registered Mail) - up tp 30 working 7 days

The time of transit to countries outside the European community may be delayedbeyond the appointed timethey can have to go through customs clearance process
