2Smok - Electronic Cigarettes warrants to the purchaser of the electronic cigarette that the equipment purchased will be free from defects in material and construction for the following period:

60 days: Batteries and PCC

90 days: Batterie tubes with electronic switch (example: eVic, Lavatube, ...)

1 Year: Provari (Customer must contact provape directly since they are the only ones capable of performing repair no the provari) 

The atomizers, due to being an accessory in high-wear are assigned with awarranty period of 7 days, so we recommend these accessories are tested upon receipt of same!

Cartridges and Cartomizadores are not covered by any kind of warranty afterremoved from its packaging!
During the warranty period, 2Smok - Electronic Cigarettes performs the repair and / or replace components that prove to be defective!

Excluded from the warranty will be all equipment / accessories whose defectsresulting from misuse, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance or unauthorized modification of the equipment!

Instructions for activation of Warranty:
We will try our best to return your repaired product back to you as soon as possible. To this end, we ask your full cooperation with respect to the process ofactivation of the guarantee: 

    • Please create a ticket in Help Desk under your user account reporting the malfuntion indicating the order number (Help Desk can be found under "My Account on the left side of the page")
    • You will be contacted within 24 hours (during working days) with instruction on how to return the defective item (if applicable
    • Equipments / accessories sent without prior authorization by us will returned to their origin plus shipping!
    • All submissions should be director by registered mail, properly packed in original packaging and / or properly packaged (equipment / accessories suffering damage during shipping will lose the right to any refund / warranty).
    • The maximum statutory period for carrying out the repair / replacement of equipment under warranty is 30 days, exceeded those deadlines will refund or replace the damaged equipment with new!
    • The shipping costs for our installations will be paid by the customer, and the returnwill be supported by us!
